You play as Link, a farmhand in the Ordona region, who has volunteered to go to Hyrule on behalf of the mayor and present a new sword for Princess Zelda. However, the land of Hyrule has been covered in Twilight, and it is up to you to remove it and save the land of Hyrule with your trusty steed.
